Cancellation, Failure to Attend and Payment Policy​

Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service for other patients and our staff. Due to our personalised care for our patients, and high demand for appointments at Yangebup Dental Centre, the following Cancellation Policy applies:

1. Failure to Attend appointments and Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management.
2. Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.
3. Yangebup Dental Centre payment policy is strictly payment on the day of treatment.

Health funds – HICAP facilities are available which enables us to directly process your health fund claims with participating health funds.

This means that the rebate amount is claimed immediately so you only need to pay the
remaining gap/difference.
